Hi I'm Kimberley. I'm the owner of Hairy Wee Things at home business salon, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Hairy Wee Things experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Please note:
I operate from our home, please refrain from bringing other guests to your appointment, this also includes children. Unfortunately, my space isn't child friendly, and we need the time allocated to concentrate on your service thank you for understanding.
Booking Policy:
You will receive a confirmation text upon booking, then a 48hr reminder -
Cancelations can be made 48hrs prior to your booking. Because our services are personally reserved for you.
Then you'll receive a 24hr reminder text, please notify us at least 24hrs in advance if you need to reschedule.
No-Showing up for appointments results in future bookings being cancelled on our booking system.
Group Bookings/Weddings
50% Deposit is to be paid upon confirmation of booking. Full payment is due 48hrs before your group booking.
You will receive the same notifications, as group bookings are normally booked months in advance and your service has been personally reserved for you. There is no subtractions on the amount of people you booked for, if someone is unable to make it, you need to replace that person or accept store credit for another service. A cash refund will not be given.
Privacy Policy:
Hairy Wee Things Limited is subject to the Privacy Act 1993, which provides for the fair handling of personal information, and which sets standards for the collection, access, storage and use of personal information. We understand that your privacy is important and you have the right to control it.
How do we use your information?
Hairy Wee Things Limited uses your personal information to assist us in providing our services to you including:
To help improve the value of our service to you;
To process payments;
For marketing purposes, including by phone, text and email.
Permission Granted
When you send us a text message from your phone number, or your email address, you give us permission to respond to you by text message or by email, and to send you marketing messages from time to time. You have the right to unsubscribe or stop receiving messages from us at any time.
Your information will not be given to 3rd parties.
